Retake Policy

Under RA 10862, a candidate who fails the NDLE but obtains at least 75% in at least one-half of the total subjects may take a removal examination within two years, covering only the subjects in which they failed. Failure in the removal examination requires retaking all subjects in the next scheduled examination.
