Can You Take the PRC RadTech Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •PSA birth certificate, original and photocopy
- •PSA marriage contract for married female applicants unless maiden name is preferred, original and photocopy
- •TOR with CHED Special Order Number when applicable, scanned picture, and remarks for board examination purposes
- •One certificate of good moral character from barangay, church, school, or employer
- •Payment of the applicable PRC examination fee

Retake Policy
RA 7431 allows reexamination only in subjects below 60% when the weighted average is at least 75%; to pass the second examination, repeated subjects must each be at least 75%. The PRC requirements page states removal examination may be taken only three times, after which the applicant must take the entire examination.
