Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from a recognized school, college, or university for the radiologic technology examination under RA 7431 and PRC requirements.
Background Check
PRC Radiologic Technology requirements reviewed did not list NBI Clearance for first-time BS Radiologic Technology applicants; verify current LERIS and PRC notices before filing.
Additional Requirements
  • PSA birth certificate, original and photocopy
  • PSA marriage contract for married female applicants unless maiden name is preferred, original and photocopy
  • TOR with CHED Special Order Number when applicable, scanned picture, and remarks for board examination purposes
  • One certificate of good moral character from barangay, church, school, or employer
  • Payment of the applicable PRC examination fee

Retake Policy

RA 7431 allows reexamination only in subjects below 60% when the weighted average is at least 75%; to pass the second examination, repeated subjects must each be at least 75%. The PRC requirements page states removal examination may be taken only three times, after which the applicant must take the entire examination.
