Drill blood gas interpretation, QC decisions, antimicrobial susceptibility reasoning, anemia patterns, antibody panels, transfusion reactions, and body fluid microscopy.

Study urinalysis, CSF and serous fluids, semen analysis, histology processing, cytology, staining, accessioning, RA 5527, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Timed Two-Hour Blocks
Use mixed 100-item blocks by subject to match the PRC program's two-hour subject testing rhythm, then review every missed rationale.
Can You Take the MTLE Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements

Retake Policy
RA 5527 provides no further examination after three failures unless the applicant completes a 12-month refresher course in an accredited medical technology school or 12-month postgraduate training in an accredited laboratory; PRC requirements list refresher or accredited internship laboratory documentation after three failures.
