Learn the Law on Arson, prima facie evidence, constitutional rights of the accused, and evidence handling (15%).
Phase 6: Administrative Matters and Mock Exams
Review RA 6975, RA 9263, RA 9592, CSC rules, and the Constitution, then run timed full-length practice sets.
Can You Take the Fire Officer Exam (FOE) Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Must be a Filipino citizen (including dual citizens under RA 9225).
- •Must present a valid government-issued ID and accomplished CSC Form 100 (Revised).
- •Must pay the PhP 700.00 examination fee, which is non-refundable.
- •Must not have taken the FOE, POE, or BCLTE within three months before the exam date.
