Important Notes
- Arizona does NOT offer a full cosmetology apprenticeship program

Reciprocity
Arizona has generous reciprocity policies. You qualify if you:
- Hold a current, valid license from another U.S. state or foreign country
- License is in "good standing"
- License was issued by a regulatory agency with power to license and discipline
