Retake Policy

Candidates who fail one portion may retake only that portion and may make a new appointment the next day, subject to availability and a new PSI fee. Both portions must be passed within four months of the first partial pass. After a third failure of any required portion, 201 KAR 11:210 requires a 30-calendar-day wait.
