  • •A $2,000 surety bond or permitted alternative when applicable; statutory exemptions for adjusters working solely under a covered qualified manager or entity
  • •Fingerprint/background requirements and truthful application disclosures
  • •24 hours of CE including 3 ethics per two-year term for individuals subject to CIC § 14090.1; statutory exemptions apply
