- •24 hours of continuing education (including 3 hours of ethics) every two-year compliance period, plus 3 hours of flood insurance in the first period and every other period thereafter
- •Maintenance of 5-year CE and transaction records
- •Written notification to the Commissioner of address or email changes within 10 business days
