Can You Take the NH RE Salesperson Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Take the examination within 6 months from the start of the 40-hour pre-licensing course
- •Take the examination within 3 months after the exam registration is received
- •Pass both national and state portions
- •After eight attempts, or if both portions are not passed within 6 months of the original examination, complete a new accredited pre-licensing course
- •Current PSI fees: $66 combo, $34 national, or $32 state
- •Complete the required criminal records check before the license application
- •Apply for the license within the applicable current deadline and affiliate with a principal broker to practise actively
