Exam Content Breakdown
Based on the official Goethe-Institut content outline
Three tasks: form/registration true-false, short texts/signs multiple choice (a/b/c), and short message matching. Approximately 15–20 items in 25 minutes. Topics: personal forms, notices, signs, short messages.
Four tasks: short dialogues/announcements true-false and multiple choice. Approximately 15–20 items in 20 minutes. Topics: everyday conversations, announcements, phone messages.
Two or three tasks: filling in a form and writing a very short message (approximately 30 words). 20 minutes. Simple personal information and basic correspondence.
Three tasks: introducing yourself, asking and answering simple questions, and responding to requests (e.g. asking for a price or time). Approximately 15 minutes with a partner or examiner.
