- •Applicants must register online with a valid email, an unretouched digital photo and a transcript of records or certificate to graduate.
- •Under CHED Memorandum Order No. 18 series of 2016, the NMAT must be taken within two years of admission to medical school, meeting the percentile prescribed by the school or CHED, whichever is higher.
