There is no published fixed passing mark. Admission is competitive and program-specific: the overall final rating is 80% USTET score plus 20% computed average grades in English, Mathematics, and Science, evaluated against each program's standards.

PHP 600 for Filipino applicants from local schools; PHP 1,000 for Filipinos studying abroad and foreigners studying in the Philippines; PHP 3,000 for applicants with international credentials; PHP 6,000 at international testing centers; PHP 3,600 for LEAPMed applicants (domestic). Fees are waived for indigent top-10% graduates under Republic Act 12006 and for public-school honor graduates.

General aptitude, abstract and logical reasoning, number and letter series, analogies, classification, verbal reasoning, and quick numerical problem-solving under time pressure.

Algebra, geometry, a piece of trigonometry, General Mathematics, and Statistics including functions, equations, ratio and proportion, percentages, and measures of central tendency.

Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Science: cells, genetics, atomic structure, chemical bonding, Newton's laws, energy, waves, plate tectonics, and the rock cycle.

English (Language Proficiency)25%
