Can You Take the Indiana P&C Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •40 hours pre-license education required
- •Pearson VUE administers exams at physical test centers - 150 delivered questions, 3 hours, scaled passing score of 70
- •Exam fee: $69
- •Pass the exam and apply via Sircon or NIPR within the 6-month pre-licensing certificate window
- •Pre-licensing waivers for CPCU, CIC or AAI holders or a bachelor's degree in insurance; waiver holders take the P&C Laws and Regulations exam
- •24 hours CE required every two years (3 hours ethics)
- •IC 27-1 governs insurance in Indiana
