How do the Nevada Real Estate vocabulary games work?

There are 4 games built on 20 Nevada Real Estate terms. In Guess the Term, a clue describes one term and you have six tries to spell it, with green, yellow and gray letters showing how close you are. In Term Match, six terms appear as colored tiles; swap neighbors to line up three or more of the same term, and each match shows what the term means. In Term Pairs, twelve face-down cards hide six pairs of terms; flip two at a time to find each pair, and every pair you find shows what the term means. In Term Search, five terms hide in a grid of letters, reading across, down or diagonally; drag across a term to circle it, and each term you find shows what it means.

Where do the Nevada Real Estate terms come from?

OpenExamPrep researched each term from the NV Real Estate Division / Pearson VUE content outline and primary sources, listed under Sources on this page. The game is independent study material, not an official exam resource.

How many questions are on the Nevada real estate salesperson exam?

The NV exam has 120 total questions: 80 national and 40 state-specific, with 4 hours total time. You must score at least 75% on both portions — 60/80 national and 30/40 state. Pearson VUE administers the exam at testing centers throughout Nevada.

How does acting for more than one party work in Nevada?

Nevada law does not use the term dual agency. A licensee who acts for more than one party must disclose it and obtain each party's written consent, which states that the parties have adverse interests, that the licensee has a conflict of interest, and that confidential information stays protected for 1 year after the brokerage agreement ends. When the broker assigns different licensees in the brokerage to separate parties, that written consent is not required, but each licensee may not disclose a client's confidential information except to the broker.
