CCI CCI Cardiovascular Credentials: Study Roadmap
Follow this path to organize your exam preparation
Phase 1: Physics & CarotidYou are here
Learn Doppler physics, equipment optimization, and native carotid interpretation using the IAC-modified SRU criteria, including the 180 cm/s primary threshold and multiparameter exceptions.
Phase 2: Peripheral Arterial
Learn ABI/TBI cutoffs, segmental pressures, duplex velocity ratios, Rutherford and WIfI classifications, bypass and stent surveillance.
Phase 3: Venous & Abdominal
Practice DVT evaluation, vein-specific reflux criteria, aortoiliac and iliocaval studies, renal/mesenteric duplex, and kidney/liver transplant vascular assessment.
Phase 4: Special Topics & Review
Cover dialysis access surveillance, aneurysm/pseudoaneurysm, transcranial Doppler basics, IAC standards, and timed full-length practice.

Quality Exam Prep Shouldn't Cost Hundreds
I'm Ran Chen, an engineer with 20+ years of coding experience. I passed my Life Insurance license, EA exam, SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, and finally the CFP® exam.
Through all these exams, one thing became clear: exam prep is expensive. But with AI, we can change that. Quality preparation can now be free for everyone.
