Based on the official Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) content outline

Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, and Conduction~15%

SA node, AV node, His-Purkinje system, refractory periods, action potential phases, and autonomic modulation of rate and conduction.

ECG/Rhythm Strip Basics~15%

Paper speed (25 mm/s), small box (0.04 s), large box (0.20 s), 10 mm/mV calibration, lead placement (Einthoven, augmented, precordial), and 3-lead/5-lead/12-lead monitoring.

Sinus Rhythms~10%

Normal sinus rhythm, sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia, sinus arrhythmia, sinus arrest, and sinus exit block.

Atrial Rhythms~15%

PACs, atrial flutter (sawtooth, 250-350/min), atrial fibrillation (irregularly irregular, no P waves), MAT, and wandering atrial pacemaker.

Junctional Rhythms~5%

Junctional escape (40-60 bpm), accelerated junctional (60-100 bpm), and junctional tachycardia (>100 bpm).

Ventricular Rhythms~15%

PVCs (uni/multifocal, R-on-T), monomorphic and polymorphic VT, torsades de pointes, VF, idioventricular and accelerated idioventricular rhythms, agonal/asystole.

AV Blocks~10%

First-degree AV block, second-degree types I (Wenckebach) and II (Mobitz II), and third-degree (complete) AV block.

Pacemaker Rhythms~5%

Atrial-paced, ventricular-paced, AV-sequential, biventricular CRT, and malfunction patterns (failure to capture, sense, or output).

Acute Myocardial Ischemia/Infarction~5%

STEMI thresholds (≥1 mm in 2 contiguous limb leads, ≥2 mm V2-V3 in men ≥40), reciprocal changes, anterior/lateral/inferior/posterior MI patterns.

Telemetry Monitoring, Alarms, and Escalation~5%

AHA monitoring standards, alarm fatigue, false alarm verification, structured handoff (SBAR), HIPAA, and CRAT scope of practice.
