  • Bring a paper prelicensing certificate (or approved equivalent form) to the exam center
  • Prelicensing completion certificate is valid for 6 months from completion
  • Pass all required parts within 12 months of the first passed part or retake all required parts
  • Resident producers generally complete 24 CE hours every 2 years, including 3 ethics hours
  • Annuity producers complete one-time 4-hour annuity training before selling annuities
  • LTC producers complete one-time 8-hour training and 4 hours of ongoing LTC training each CE biennium
