Can You Take the NHA CPT Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Completion of an NHA-approved phlebotomy training program within the past 5 years, OR 1 year of supervised phlebotomy experience within the past 3 years
- •Documentation of 30 successful venipunctures and 10 capillary sticks
- •Valid government-issued photo ID at the test center or for online proctoring
- •NHA online account and approved exam application required to schedule
