Students enrolled in and completing Algebra 1, Algebra 1 Honors, Algebra 1-B, Pre-AP Algebra 1, Pre-AICE Mathematics 1, or IB Middle Years Program/Algebra 1 Honors must participate in the Algebra 1 EOC assessment.
Additional Requirements
  • Middle grades students enrolled in Algebra 1 take the Algebra 1 EOC instead of a grade-level mathematics assessment.
  • Students who need to retake the Algebra 1 EOC for graduation purposes are eligible to participate.
  • Algebra 1 EOC results may be averaged as 30% of the course grade under Florida assessment requirements.
  • Students have access to a scientific calculator and mathematics reference sheet in the Test Delivery System.
