PPE, CDC standard and transmission-based precautions, OSHA bloodborne standards, biohazard handling, post-exposure follow-up, fall and environmental safety, BLS, and emergency response.
Patient ID, vital signs, oxygen and nebulizer support, peripheral IVs, ADLs, ostomy/catheter care, intake/output, skin and wound care, mobility/ROM, specimens, pre/post-op and postmortem care, admission/discharge/transfer.
Venipuncture and capillary equipment, additive/anticoagulant tubes by stopper color, CLSI order of draw, site selection, special-needs precautions, age-specific draws, complications, and post-phlebotomy care.
