Can You Take the Arizona CNA Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Must provide proof of legal presence (citizenship documents) for CNA Registry listing
- •Felony bar: must wait 3 years after absolute discharge of sentence before applying
- •Name on government ID must EXACTLY match name in AZBN database (entered by training program)
- •After passing exam, apply online at azbn.gov to be placed on the CNA Registry
- •LNA applicants must also submit fingerprints and pay additional AZBN fees
