The Open-Book Rules Are Strict

What You May NOT Do
You may not write in your references — no handwritten notes, no solved example problems, no margin annotations with substantive content. Removable tabs (Post-it flags, sticky tabs, anything that peels off) are prohibited. Loose or unbound pages are prohibited. Study guides are prohibited — you cannot bring a separate exam-prep book into the testing room.
