Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (replaced IPC), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (replaced CrPC), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023 (replaced the Evidence Act) effective 1 July 2024.
Fundamental rights and duties, directive principles, writs, federalism, judicial review, amendments, and landmark constitutional cases.
Jurisdiction, res judicata, pleadings, injunctions, appeals, execution, and computation of limitation periods.
Indian Contract Act 1872, Sale of Goods Act 1930, and Indian Partnership Act 1932, including capacity, consideration, breach, and remedies.
