3.3 Total UA Alternative & Fenestration Tradeoff Caps (R402.1.5, R402.5)

Vertical 0.48 in Climate Zones 4 and 5 is worse than the Table R402.1.2 maximum of 0.30, so some window tradeoff is allowed.
