Retake Policy
After a first or second failure, a candidate may apply again as soon as two weeks after the failure date. After a third failure, the candidate must document 15 contact hours each in radiopharmacy, nuclear medicine instrumentation, and radiation safety; after six unsuccessful attempts, an approved nuclear medicine technology training program is required.
