Retake Policy
BCIDP uses continuous testing, so candidates apply any time and have 90 days to schedule after authorization to test. A failed attempt is followed by a 90-day washout, then 90 days to complete the next attempt, for a maximum of three attempts (one initial plus two retakes) at the $300 retake fee; after a third failure the candidate waits 12 months and reapplies at $600.
