Frequently Asked Questions
Does passing these MCQs replace the written decisions?
No. JA SR requires criminal and non-criminal decisions and oral assessment. Practise those forms independently using official materials.
Who may take OJS?
Statutory routes have different service, age and nomination conditions. JA SR describes a higher court officer route requiring three continuous years and age 30. Prosecutor-trainee preparation is normally three years but can be shortened under statutory conditions. Check the applicable route and nominating authority.
Is the exam free?
The checked official examination materials did not confirm a candidate fee. State funding of the Academy alone does not establish a universal €0 examination fee.
What languages and weights are verified?
Official published question materials are in Slovak; no English examination option was confirmed. The five practice sections sample the official oral areas equally. Official test selection must reflect practical agenda, but no numerical percentage blueprint was identified. This focused bank does not cover the entire official scope.
