Based on the official CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) content outline
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the five duty holders (client, principal designer, principal contractor, designers, contractors), pre-construction information, construction phase plan, and the health and safety file
Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 duties, the Management Regulations 1999, reasonably practicable, safety culture, monitoring and the HSG65 Plan-Do-Check-Act model
Five steps of risk assessment, the hierarchy of control, risk matrices, producing and reviewing RAMS, permits to work, and worker consultation
Work at Height Regulations 2005 hierarchy, scaffolds and the 7-day inspection regime, guard rails and edge protection, MEWPs, LOLER, ladders, and fragile roofs
Preventing excavation collapse (shoring and battering), buried services (HSG47), excavation inspections, and the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 with rescue arrangements
