No fixed waiting period is published. The bail-specific Pearson VUE Authorization to Test is valid for 12 months or 3 attempts, whichever comes first. After 3 failed examinations, Florida Statutes section 648.381 requires retaking the 120-hour course and earning at least 80% before testing again.
