  • Clean criminal record check with no disqualifying offences under Ontario Regulation 37/08
  • Valid Emergency Level First Aid and CPR Level C certification from a WSIB-approved provider
  • Training Completion Number (TCN) issued by an approved Ontario training provider to book the test
