Remember 90.3: Chapter 9 tables apply as referenced, and Annexes C and D are informational. Annex C is enormously useful and universally used, but it is a convenience derived from Chapter 9 — if a question gives you mixed conductor sizes, Annex C does not apply and you must compute from Tables 1, 4, and 5.
Use Article Tables of Contents, Not the Index
