Interior and exterior remodeling, renovations, and finishes. This subclassification does not include alterations to load-bearing portions of a structure. The technical examination is required effective 01/01/2025. All commercial general and mechanical contractor candidates must pass the Business Management and Law for Commercial Contractor Examination in addition to this technical examination.
