About the CIDE Licenciatura Exam
Independent CIDE Licenciatura Admission practice by OpenExamPrep. For the 2026 cycle, CIDE used the Examen de Admisión de Matemáticas (EAM) and Examen de Habilidades Lingüísticas (EHL) as the common first filter for applicants to Ciencia Política y Relaciones Internacionales, Derecho, and Economía; the official call stated that Políticas Públicas would not admit a 2026 cohort. The EAM is multiple choice. The EHL includes selected-response syntax and reasoning work plus two direct-writing exercises. Applicants who pass the first filter proceed to an interview except for Economía. This is an English-language four-option MCQ study adaptation, with Spanish retained where the tested skill requires it; it is not an official translation, a format simulation, or a substitute for the EHL writing exercises or interview.
