Cover the FLK2 subjects: property practice (including tax and accounts), land law, wills and administration of estates, trusts, criminal law, and criminal practice. Weave the pervasive ethics and professional conduct rules into every subject.
Timed Single-Best-Answer Practice
Drill single-best-answer multiple-choice questions under timed conditions across both papers (180 questions each, split into two 90-question sessions). Train to eliminate distractors and pick the single best answer at roughly 1.7 minutes per question.

FLK1 - business and organisational structures, partnerships and companies, the Companies Act 2006, insolvency, business taxation, and the funding and management of businesses
FLK1 - civil litigation under the Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action conduct, statements of case, case management, evidence, costs, and alternative dispute resolution
FLK1 - formation, terms, vitiating factors, discharge, breach, and contractual remedies
FLK1 - negligence, occupiers' liability, nuisance, the rule in Rylands v Fletcher, vicarious liability, defences, and remedies
FLK1 - sources of law, courts and precedent, statutory interpretation, the constitution and parliamentary sovereignty, judicial review, human rights, and retained/assimilated EU law
