Can You Take the RETA CIRO Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Agree to abide by the RETA Code of Conduct as part of the application.
- •Submit the signed Verification of Experience form with the application.
- •Present two forms of ID (one government-issued photo ID) at the test center.
- •All RETA certification applications expire after one year unless a 90-day extension is requested before the end of the eligibility period.

Retake Policy
If you fail, you may retest one time within one year at two-thirds of the fee paid ($380 members / $580 non-members). All retests must be scheduled and taken within 90 days of retest fee payment. The third attempt is at full price. Minimum time between testing sessions is two weeks.
