The Six-Step Application Workflow

Adamson publishes the online application as six ordered steps. They are strictly sequential — you cannot pay before approval, and you cannot pick a schedule before paying.

Birth certificates and other enrolment originals are usually collected after AdUCET, not as the application-upload gate. Use the portal checklist as the authority for your cycle.

Paying the PHP 500 Fee

Your 9-digit Student Number is the reference number for every payment channel. You do not need to email proof of payment — the bank reports it to the Adamson cashier the next working day.

• GCash — Pay Bills, then Schools, then Adamson; the Account # is your Student Number.
• Internet or mobile banking — BDO, BPI, PNB, UnionBank or Metrobank.
• Over-the-counter bills payment — any branch of those same five banks. Check that the teller printed your Student Number correctly on the validation.
• Bayad Center and authorised partners (LBC, Western Union, TrueMoney).
• Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) — email the cashier to request a payment link, which is processed through Global Pay.

Other wallets such as PayMaya, and banks such as LandBank, are not on the published channel list; Adamson directs those cases to the University Controller. Do not assume a wallet works because it works elsewhere.

What the Test Actually Contains

Test Day, Results, and Enrolment

Adamson publishes no description of how results are reported. What it does publish is where to look: an application-status checker that takes your AdUCET Applicant Number and the email address you registered with. Candidates consistently describe two outcomes — passed, meaning you may proceed toward enrolment, and referred for consultation or advising, meaning your performance and chosen programme get reviewed with a department first. Since no cut score is published either way, treat a "referred" result as a conversation rather than a rejection.

To finalise admission you pay the PHP 5,000 down payment, which Adamson states is non-refundable, then follow the Admissions Office checklist for originals. Philippine college enrolment packets commonly include a Grade 12 / SHS report card (Form 138), a Certificate of Good Moral Character, a PSA birth certificate, and recent 2x2 ID pictures; ALS or PEPT passers usually submit a Certificate of Rating instead of Form 138, and foreign-curriculum graduates should ask Admissions what authentication is required for their documents. Adamson's public AdUCET pages do not currently reprint that full document list or dating rules, so treat the live Admissions checklist — not a reviewer site — as the cycle-specific authority.

One cost trap worth knowing before you commit: if you cancel enrolment during the first week of classes you are charged 25% of total school fees, during the second week 50%, and beyond the second week the full amount — whether or not you attended a single class.
