Can You Take the CJBAT Exam?
Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements
- •Eligible veterans can be exempt from the Law Enforcement BAT under the July 1, 2022 rule, but no discharge classification other than Honorable or General Discharge Under Honorable Conditions qualifies.
- •There are separate CJBAT versions for law enforcement and corrections; corrections candidates should not rely on the law-enforcement exemption.
- •The only controlling result record is the electronic record in FDLE ATMS, not a paper score report.
