About the NM CID GB-98 Exam
The New Mexico CID GB-98 examination is the official two-part PSI combination for the general building contractor classification. Part 1 is the GB-2 residential examination (80 questions, 225 minutes). Part 2 covers commercial general building (100 questions, 310 minutes) using NMAC Title 14, New Mexico Commercial Building Code NMAC 14.7.2 (2021), IBC 2021, and the remaining Part 2 bulletin list.
