About the AZ Bar Exam
The Arizona Bar Examination is the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE), which Arizona adopted in July 2012 as one of the first states to do so. The two-day exam combines three NCBE components: the 200-question Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), six Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) essays, and two Multistate Performance Test (MPT) tasks. Arizona law is not tested on the exam; applicants complete the separate Course on Arizona Law before admission. Arizona requires a minimum UBE score of 270 for exams from July 2023 through February 2027 (273 before) and moves to the NextGen UBE with the July 2027 exam.

In Term Match, six terms appear as colored tiles; swap neighbors to line up three or more of the same term, and each match shows what the term means. In Term Pairs, twelve face-down cards hide six pairs of terms; flip two at a time to find each pair, and every pair you find shows what the term means. In Term Search, five terms hide in a grid of letters, reading across, down or diagonally; drag across a term to circle it, and each term you find shows what it means.
Where do the Arizona Bar terms come from?
OpenExamPrep researched each term from the Supreme Court of Arizona, Attorney Admissions (Committee on Examinations) content outline and primary sources, listed under Sources on this page. The game is independent study material, not an official exam resource.
