What PUP currently publishes

The official PUPCET page identifies the PUP College Entrance Test as an admission route and directs applicants to PUP iApply. It also states three important limits:

1. An applicant may apply to and take PUPCET at only one PUP branch or campus.
2. An applicant may take it only once in the applicable academic year.
3. Multiple applications make the applicant's PUPCET result null and void; the application is non-transferable.

Those are owner-published rules. They are different from the detailed test specifications commonly repeated by third-party reviewers.

What is not publicly specified

The current PUP application and procedure pages do not publish an official scored-item count, time limit, paper-versus-computer delivery statement, answer-choice format, subject blueprint, domain weights, negative-marking rule, score formula, College Qualifying Score formula, or fixed program cutoff. They also do not publish a universal examination fee on the current PUPCET page.

Accordingly, claims such as a fixed 150-item paper, a two-to-three-hour limit, five official weighted domains, an all-multiple-choice format, or a published grades-plus-percentile formula cannot be treated as current PUP facts. A local practice bank may use language, mathematics, science, and reasoning exercises, but its size and topic mix are independent editorial choices—not evidence of the live examination.

The evidence rule

For any exam-day claim, ask four questions: Who published it? Does it apply to PUPCET? Is it for the current academic year and campus? Does the ePermit repeat or supersede it? If a current PUP source does not answer the question, mark it not publicly published and follow the applicant account or ePermit rather than filling the gap with a reviewer blog.
