1.2 Application, Documents, and ePermit

Prepare the official uploads

Before starting, use the current PUPCET requirements page and prepare clear JPEG files, each no larger than 300 KB:

• A 2 × 2-inch colored photo with name tag.
• A Grade 11 report card showing the applicant's complete name, Learner Reference Number (LRN), first-semester GWA, and second-semester GWA.

Do not infer that a similar requirement for another PUP admission route applies here. The PUPCET page is the route-specific source.

Complete and finalize the application

The official step-by-step procedure says registration and application must be done by the applicant. Create only one account for the application, enter information that matches the school records, upload the required files, review the form, and use Finalize Application only when it is correct. Finalizing locks the form and submits it for evaluation.

If PUP rejects a photo or report card, use the link in the applicant account to upload a corrected file. PUP warns that validation can take time, so check the account rather than creating another application.

Download and present the ePermit

PUP says to allow 6–20 working days after finalizing for the ePermit to become available. When approved:

1. Sign in to the same PUP iApply account.
2. Use the Print ePermit option to download the PDF.
3. Print the ePermit in color.
4. Present the printed ePermit on the scheduled examination date.

The ePermit is the controlling source for the candidate's own date, venue, and test-day directions. Application windows and campus schedules change, so recheck the live PUPCET page instead of copying dates from an older guide.
