Check if you meet the basic eligibility requirements

- •Must be of good moral character (Executive Law §130)
- •NYS attorneys and qualifying Unified Court System court clerks are exempt from the exam (not the application fee)
- •Pass slip valid for 2 years after passing exam
- •No surety bond required
- •No official seal required
