Dosing, concentrations, dilutions, infusion rates, reconstitution and conversions; assessed and passed as a standalone part of the MCQ.

Pharmacology and Pharmacy Practice15%

Mechanisms of action, drug interactions, adverse effects and pharmacokinetics underpinning safe and rational medicines use.

Pharmacy Practice and Dispensing19%

Dispensing process, patient counselling, responding to symptoms, medicines review and Irish community pharmacy services.

Pharmacy Law and Ethics (Ireland)14%
