Based on the official PSI Services LLC content outline
Cell biology, genetics and heredity, evolution and natural selection, ecology and ecosystems, body systems (circulatory, nervous, endocrine, immune), photosynthesis, cellular respiration, classification of organisms, population dynamics, and biodiversity.
Physical properties such as volume, mass, color and temperature; atomic structure and the periodic table; chemical bonding and chemical reactions; states of matter and phase changes; Newton's laws, force and motion; work, energy and conservation; heat and the three modes of heat transfer; light, waves and the electromagnetic spectrum; electricity, circuits and magnetism; and acids, bases and the pH scale.
Properties of Earth materials and their usefulness to humans; Earth's interior layers, plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes and the rock cycle; weathering, erosion and soil; geologic time and the fossil record; the water cycle, groundwater and oceans; atmospheric layers, weather systems and climate; and Earth's movements, the Moon, the Sun, other stars and the solar system.
