Can You Take the AAT FAPS Exam?

No formal academic entry requirements; open to anyone wishing to study accounting.
Experience
AAT recommends prior bookkeeping knowledge, typically from AAT Level 2 or equivalent, before attempting FAPS.
Additional Requirements
  • Register as an AAT student member before booking the assessment
  • Book the FAPS assessment through an AAT approved training provider or assessment venue
  • Achieve at least 70% to be deemed competent in the unit
  • Complete both Level 3 units (FAPS and TPFB) to gain the full Level 3 Diploma in Accounting
