Fundamentals of Structural Steel

Design and Planning
Construction documents and order of precedence (specifications over drawings, addenda), fabrication drawings and shop drawings, erection drawings and piece marks, construction loading, plan reading (grid lines, scales, symbols), estimating (weight per foot, tonnage, piece count), and AISC Code of Standard Practice tolerances.
Fabrication
