The category B1 theory exam is Poland's state computer test for quadricycles (czterokołowce), held at WORD centres under the Act on Vehicle Drivers and the 2023 examination regulation (Dz.U. 2023 poz. 2659). It has 32 questions in 25 minutes and a pass mark of 68 of 74 points, and WORD offers it in Polish, English, German and Ukrainian as well as Polish Sign Language. Poland Category B1 Theory Test: Suggested Study Strategy

1Learn the exam numbers: 32 questions, 74 points, 68 to pass, 25 minutes.
2Remember that quadricycles may not use motorways or expressways, because those roads are for motor vehicles other than quadricycles.
3Know the quadricycle limits: 50 km/h in built-up areas, 70 km/h on ordinary roads outside them and 40 km/h when carrying a child up to 7.
4In a built-up area, switch on the hazard lights when you break down; a triangle is needed only if the vehicle has none.
5Practise right-of-way puzzles with trams, roundabouts and priority signs until you can answer them quickly.
