What is the main claim?
Explanation: The passage highlights that digital archiving was initially seen merely as a preservation measure ('техническая мера по сохранению'), but in practice sparked interdisciplinary research ('всплеск междисциплинарных гуманитарных исследований') across multiple fields, thereby transcending mere conservation and stimulating new scientific inquiries.
Why were visitor limits imposed?
Explanation: The text explicitly states that the anthropogenic pressure on fragile volcanic ecosystems ('антропогенная нагрузка на хрупкие вулканические экосистемы') forced the park administration to impose strict daily visitor quotas ('жёсткие суточные квоты на посещение'), prioritizing ecological conservation over commercial tourism interests.
Which conclusion does this author suggest?
Explanation: The author argues that background noise can disturb sleep without waking the sleeper. This is the claim made in the excerpt, rather than a request to recall a particular noise threshold.
What is the reviewer's attitude?
Explanation: The reviewer praises the production for its 'редкой чуткостью к авторскому подтексту' (rare sensitivity to the author's subtext) and notes that beneath the modern visual staging lies authentic Chekhovian existential pathos without director vanity, expressing an appreciative and positive evaluation.
Which limitation is emphasized?
Explanation: In this hypothetical medical example, the system works well on typical cases but makes more errors on unusual ones. The passage therefore argues for a doctor's judgment alongside the system.
How does the speaker assess this language use?
Explanation: The linguist rejects the label of speech degradation ('было бы опрометчиво называть... деградацией') and instead characterizes the phenomenon as 'языковая компрессия и экспрессивная экономия средств' (linguistic compression and expressive economy of means) capable of conveying rich connotations concisely.
What is the disagreement about?
Explanation: The passage frames the core dispute as a conflict between preservationists demanding the conservation of authentic historical courtyards and fabric versus developers arguing that modernization of amenities (infrastructure, parking, elevators) is necessary to keep the buildings habitable and prevent abandonment.
What mood is created?
Explanation: The imagery of 'прозрачная сентябрьская тишина', leaves serving as heralds of sunset, morning frost, and fragrant wood smoke evokes a peaceful, contemplative autumn atmosphere tinged with gentle melancholy ('ностальгическое умиротворение со светлой грустью').
What obstacle is identified?
Explanation: The hypothetical report identifies storage costs and reduced battery capacity in severe cold as obstacles. It does not attribute the problem to a lack of wind or local opposition.
Which geopolitical motive does the author emphasize?
Explanation: The author interprets the railway as serving both economic and strategic purposes. Protecting eastern borders is the strategic motive named in the excerpt.
