NABP reports the current Minnesota MPJE result as Pass or Fail and does not publish a numeric cut score. The exam has 120 questions (100 scored and 20 unscored pretest items) over 2.5 hours at Pearson VUE. Minnesota candidates receive their result directly from the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
What Minnesota laws are tested?

What is the technician ratio in Minnesota?
Apply both rule and statute. Rule 6800.3850 starts at two technicians per pharmacist for ordinary work and permits 3:1 for IV admixture, patient-specific unit dose, prepackaging, and compounding. Section 151.102 provides the statutory supervision ceiling, a conditional certified-technician +1, and a Board petition pathway; do not use a single universal 3:1 or 4:1 slogan.
How many CE hours does Minnesota require?

Can Minnesota pharmacists prescribe medications?
Minn. Stat. §151.37 authorizes limited pharmacist prescribing lanes. Subds. 14–17 cover hormonal contraceptives, nicotine replacement, acute-overdose antagonists, and HIV-prevention drugs under their protocols. Effective in 2026, subd. 18 separately authorizes qualifying pharmacists to prescribe, administer, and dispense legend drugs and Schedule III–V controlled substances for opioid use disorder after required training, appropriate DEA registration for controlled substances, individualized assessment/documentation, counseling, and pharmacist review; the authority cannot be delegated.
