The CTS Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English) trade trains candidates in shorthand dictation/transcription, office operations, business correspondence, computer applications, and secretarial duties. Successful trainees earn the National Trade Certificate (NTC) after AITT.
Assessment
One-year CTS trade (1200 hours + 150 hours OJT/group project), NSQF Level 4, trade code DGT/1004. Summative AITT includes Trade Practical plus Computer-Based Test.
